This is a local independent café with a large capacity of 100 guests indoors and 14 on its patio. No other café in Downtown Toronto has that kind of space and proximity to TMU/ Ryerson students and faculty government and office employees. It’s the largest café in the neighborhood and is frequented by an average of 200-250 guests a day. It also has a full liquor license with full-service bar selling craft beers, cocktails and wines. Due to its large space, it is uniquely fitted to host large private events which no competitor in the neighborhood can. In 2020 the cafe invested in a state-of-the-art electric pizza oven which allowed it to expand its food offering and increase in-store and online sales.
This business is ripe for expansion with Brand Name Recognition coupled with efficient and tried processes to ensure revenue growth and control of costs. It could expand into coffee roasting, in-store and online retail and merchandise sales.
