The company is headquartered in an engineered steel building with high-efficiency geothermal heat. The building is equipped with 600 VAC 3 phase and 400 amp service. There are transformers with various other voltages in order to test machinery bound to different markets. The building boasts a 40ft by 120ft shop bay with an additional 40ft by 24ft area at floor level, and a 32ft high mezzanine 40ft by 24ft that includes crane rails with the capacity to hold up to 20 tons. Currently the facility has one 38ft span wide bridge crane with a 10-ton capacity. The building and crane rails are designed for a total of 20-ton crane capacity.
In 2009, in the middle of the recession, owners built new facilities for the development and manufacturing of new technologies for the concrete industry. With the support of its customer base they quickly found themselves running out of room.
In 2015 they doubled production space and added 50% to the current building. This increased the travel way of its 10 tonne crane by 50% and made room for a more efficient set- up for its machining operations.
Current building footprint is maximized but opportunities for expansion exist.
