Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors

The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors® (The Alliance) is the premiere International Organization serving the educational and resource needs of the middle market M&A profession. Formed in 1998 to bring together CPAs, attorneys and other experienced corporate financial advisors, The Alliance’s 1100+ professional services firms – including some of the most highly recognized leaders in the industry—draw upon their combined transactional expertise to better serve the needs of their middle market clients worldwide. The Alliance members represent sellers and buyers of businesses ranging from $5 to $500 million in transaction value. Their services are seller representation, buyer representation, due diligence, accounting, financing, business valuation, tax planning, legal, strategic advisory, and many other transaction services.

The Real Estate Council of Ontario

The Real Estate Council of Ontario regulates real estate professionals in the province on behalf of the Ontario government. RECO protects the public interest through a fair, safe and informed marketplace.

RECO holds registered brokers and salespersons to professional standards, protects the public interest, and enhances consumer confidence in the real estate profession. In addition, RECO strives to educate consumers to ensure they understand the benefits of a regulated real estate sector.

International Franchise Professionals Group

The International Franchise Professionals Group IFPG is a membership based organization. IFPG members consist of Franchisors, Franchise Brokers, Lenders, and other Franchise Professionals that help potential candidates in the process of buying a franchise.

Hundreds of nationally recognized franchise companies have chosen the IFPG and its members to represent their brand; hundreds of experienced franchise consultants and brokers have chosen the IFPG to power their business. All of these individuals understand the value of being associated with IFPG.

International Business Brokers Association

The IBBA is the world’s largest professional community of business intermediary specialists. When it comes time to sell or buy a business, choose to work with an experienced IBBA Member who will guide you through every step of the process. Look for the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation to identify individuals who have met our highest standards for education, ethics and professionalism.

Toronto Real Estate Board

The TORONTO REAL ESTATE BOARD is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1920 by a small group of real estate practitioners. Today, as Canada’s largest real estate board, TREB serves more than 53,000 licensed real estate Brokers and Salespersons in and about the Greater Toronto Area. TREB is the collective voice for both its commercial and residential REALTOR® Members and operates under the direction of an elected voluntary Board of 16 Directors.

M&A Source®

M&A Source® is the leading not for profit association for individuals and firms engaged in lower middle market business transactions. The association provides education, benefits, conferences, support programs and networking opportunities, and awards the Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary® (M&AMI®) designation to qualified advisors.
